Hi!
We got one of the boys from Matilda and Prince. He is doing great, he is 4 months and 35 pounds already. He is going to be a big boy, probably after Matilda. Zeke is 52 pounds, so the young one is catching up quickly. Zeke, the 3 year old (also from Gldn Meadows) got better with the puppy as days progressed. Now they can sleep next to each other, ride in the back seat together without one of us sitting with them). Zeke is protective of Cooper as he is of us. This weekend we took both boys to the nearby dog park and the beach. Puppy did great, follows Zeke and is not shy with other dogs. When Cooper got in trouble with another dog in the park (just barking and snapping), Zeke stepped in between and protected Cooper. It was great to see that. Zeke still puts Cooper into his place when he is too much for him, but he gets it quickly. Sometimes Zeke gets cranky when the puppy wants to play and interrupts his naps.
Cooper is a very enthusiastic eater, loves the sun and generally outdoors. Cooper loves his crate overnight, not so much during the day, he likes to be involved in everything we do, it makes it hard to nap 🙂 He is an early riser, we all now get up at 5:30-6am.
