Yelp Reviews

Yelp has what they call a “Review Filter.”  It supposedly works on advanced algorithms that look for signs of “fake” or “embellished” reviews.  It doesn’t work!  We’ve heard from countless business owners who have all told us the same story – Yelp has filtered (hidden) reviews from actual customers who posted REAL reviews of their products or services.  It seems that Yelp is keen to show any negative reviews but will quickly filter positive ones.  Read more about Yelp’s review filter and the pending class action law suit HERE.

Golden Meadows Retrievers Yelp page has several of its reviews filtered.  Real clients who were so pleased with their puppies that they saw fit to post reviews on Yelp.com – only to have ALL of those reviews removed by Yelp’s review filter!

We’ve spoken to Yelp and they are holding strong to their review filter.  We don’t think it’s fair and we are fighting back!  Please check out our filtered reviews from Yelp.com below.  As a business owner, you can log into Yelp’s website and see your filtered reviews.  So, we just copied and pasted them below!  We can’t convince Yelp to show positive reviews from our clients on their website, but we can certainly show them on our ours!
